Venus is the hottest planet in our solar system why, because the atmosphere is thick. When the sun light go's through Venus's atmosphere the heat can't get out so it heats up the surface. Venus can get up to 864 degrees Fahrenheit. Did you know that Venus is sometimes called Earth's sister.
